No experience? No problem. Our beginner salsa classes are the perfect place to start. You’ll learn the fundamentals of timing, steps, rhythm, and connection in a relaxed, supportive environment. Come solo or with a partner—everyone’s welcome.
Salsa Solo Chikas
A no-partner dance class designed for women who want to move with confidence, strength, and fun. Each term includes a short routine blending salsa footwork, body movement, and styling. Great for fitness, expression, and picking up rhythm.
Salsa On2 (New York Style)
This class is for dancers ready to explore On2 salsa with structure and intention. You’ll train musicality, timing, shines, and turn patterns in the New York Style, with a focus on technique, flow, and precision.
Salsa Intermediate
Already comfortable with the basics? The intermediate class dives deeper into partnerwork, timing, body movement, and transitions. Ideal for dancers looking to grow their technique, confidence, and connection on the dance floor.
Private Classes
The best way for growing in the right direction is receiving constructive feedback (from a professional). One-on-one sessions tailored to your goals. Whether you’re working on body movement, lead and follow, styling, musicality, or mindset—private classes offer focused attention and faster progress. Perfect for individuals or couples who want depth, flexibility, and a personal touch.

AQMQ Salsa Ladies Team
Train, perform, and grow with our dedicated ladies team. This class is for women ready to push their dancing further through routines that blend salsa, styling, and stage presence. Expect challenge, connection, and plenty of learning—on and off the dance floor.
Bond Building Program
This private class modality is exclusive for couples and it's been developed so couples can work at their own pace for one hour while building, transforming and invigorating their base as a couple while doing something active and fun together.
